This is the beach on Lake Erie at Maumee State Park at Oregon, Ohio. The wind was really blowing that day and it was cold.  Did not stay outside the truck very long.

The dunes at Indiana Dunes State Park on the shore of Lake Michigan.  Very windy and beautiful.

This building use to be a concession and gift shop.  I believe it was build in the 1930's.

Campsite at Indiana Dunes State Park just east of Gary Indiana on the shore of Lake Michigan.  A lot of campsites.  We arrived on Friday, not may camper here at that time, but later that afternoon it began to fill up with folks glad to have some good weather.  The campground is full at this time on Sat evening.

This park has a lot of trails for hiking, walking.  There is a visitors center and a nature center.
We continue on our trip tomorrow going on to northern Illinois, then to Wisconsin, Minnesota and on west.  Will be posting pictures as I can.  HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL THE MOMS TOMORROW.
